\n– Receive and guide the placement of stage and tents (large and small canopy types) and arrange 2,000 seats in tents, arrange positions for banners sponsoring and advertising to hang up.<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n– Cleaning on Sunday night 5\/5\/2024, delivered to Vendors.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

8. Board of making offerings to the Sangha:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Venerable Th\u01b0\u1eddng T\u1ecbnh, Brother T\u1ecbnh Nguy\u1ec7n, taking care of food and drinks for the Venerable Monastics and Organizing Committee on Saturday and Sunday.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

9. Preparation Board of food and drinks: <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Senior Venerable Nun Thi\u1ec1n Tu\u1ec7 and lay Buddhists of Ph\u1ed5 Linh Buddhist Temple will prepare and distribute food to everyone all day Sunday.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

10. Ceremonial Board:<\/span> <\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The Most Venerable Th\u00edch Th\u00f4ng Qu\u00e1n, Ven. Th\u00edch Th\u00e1nh Nam, Ven. Th\u00edch Ch\u00e2u Thi\u1ec7n, and Ven. Th\u00edch \u0110\u1ed3ng Thi\u1ec7n take care of the rituals during the two days of the Great Ceremony, prepare the necessary Buddhist tools for Vesak Day, and prepare Sutras to recite.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
