Practicing the Five Remembrances in the daily life<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

I am of the nature to grow old, <\/strong><\/span>
\nI cannot escape growing old.<\/strong><\/span>
\nI am of the nature to have ill health, <\/strong><\/span>
\nI cannot escape having ill health.<\/strong><\/span>
\nI am of the nature to die, <\/strong><\/span>
\nI cannot escape death. <\/strong><\/span>
\nAll things are created and caused by my bodily action, verbal action, and mental action, I cannot let go of them, whether it is good karma or non-good karma. Aware of this, good karma I continue upholding and developing; non good karma I try to recognize and transform.<\/strong><\/span>
\nAll relatives, loved ones, and things I cherish today are of the nature to change. There is no way to escape being separated from them. My actions are my only true belongings. I cannot escape the consequences of my actions. My actions are the ground on which I stand. (Bell)<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Freedom of Body and Mind<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

This body is not mine,<\/strong><\/span>
\nI do not cling to it<\/strong><\/span>
\nI am not limited by this body.<\/strong><\/span>
\nI am an infinite life,<\/strong><\/span>
\nI have never been born,<\/strong><\/span>
\nand also have never died.<\/strong><\/span>
\nLook! Sea is wide and the sky is high,<\/strong><\/span>
\nDensely innumerable stars.<\/strong><\/span>
\nAll are together manifested in me<\/strong><\/span>
\nfrom the spiritual source of consciousness mind, <\/strong><\/span>
\nfrom all lives I am free.<\/strong><\/span>
\nBirth and death are the gateways in and out,<\/strong><\/span>
\nthey are the hide-and-seek games.<\/strong><\/span>
\nSmile together with me.<\/strong><\/span>
\nBreathe together with me.<\/strong><\/span>
\nPractice meditation together with me,<\/strong><\/span>
\nRecite the Buddha\u2019s names together with me.<\/strong><\/span>
\nNamo the Fully Awakened Buddhaya.<\/strong><\/span>
