LIFE AS A MOVIE\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n
Life is like a moving film,<\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n
I am the main role through every scene,<\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n
Through rise and fall, honor and shame entwined,<\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n
Peace is found again within my being.<\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n

Sentient beings, Buddha-nature dwell within,<\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n
From self I turn the ordinary to the sacred,<\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n
Outside the self, no other thing is found,<\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n
Heaven and hell arise from my own mind.<\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n

Nothing outside the self can be found,<\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n
Nowhere at all can it truly be seen,<\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n
With firm resolve, I transform the mind,<\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n
Bringing benefit to all Saha<\/span> \ud83c\udf0d realms.<\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n

Searching outside, for countless things,<\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n
In all my life, nowhere is it found,<\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n
With diligent vow, I practice on the path,<\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n

\ud83c\udf0d SAH\u0100<\/span> <\/strong>WORLD (Sah\u0101-loka \/ Saha World)<\/span><\/span>
\n1. Concept<\/span><\/strong>
\nThe Sah\u0101 World is the present environment in which we live, characterized by suffering, mental afflictions, and many forms of dissatisfaction. However, it is also the very place where human beings can practice the Dharma and attain enlightenment.<\/span>
\n2. Definition<\/span><\/strong>
\nSah\u0101 means endurance and forbearance.<\/span>
\nThe Sah\u0101 World is the realm where sentient beings must face many hardships and adverse conditions, yet still possess the capacity to practice, transform themselves, and benefit others.<\/span>
\n3. Characteristics<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nThis realm is marked by:<\/span>
\nThe cycle of birth, aging, sickness, and death<\/span>
\nThe influence of greed, hatred, and delusion<\/span>
\nConstant instability, challenges, and difficulties in life.<\/span>
\nNevertheless, within this world also exist:<\/span>
\nThe teachings of the Buddha (Dharma)<\/span>
\nThe guiding Sangha community<\/span>
\nCenters and monasteries for spiritual practice<\/span>
\nTherefore, this world is both a place of suffering and a field for spiritual cultivation and inner transformation.<\/span>
\n4. Spiritual significance<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nThe Sah\u0101 World reminds practitioners that:<\/span>
\nSuffering is a fundamental reality of life. <\/span>However, suffering is not the final destination. <\/span>It can be transformed through spiritual practice.<\/span>
\nThis path is cultivated through:<\/span>
\nWisdom<\/span><\/strong>
\nEthical conduct<\/span><\/strong>
\nMeditation<\/span><\/strong>
\n\u2192 This is the Noble Eightfold Path (Noble Eightfold Path).<\/span>
\n5. Summary<\/span><\/strong>
\nThe Sah\u0101 World is a realm filled with suffering and dissatisfaction, yet it is also a unique environment where individuals can train the mind, transform afflictions, and gradually progress toward liberation and enlightenment.<\/span><\/div>\n
