Poetry \u2013 The Most Venerable Elder Master Th\u00edch T\u1ecbnh \u0110\u1ee9c composing before passing away<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n
Not so long, I will leave this world<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n
Right, wrong, troublesome problems of wandering life<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n
The things of profit, fame, happiness, suffering, connection, and separation<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n
What is left when the coffin is closed<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n
Anyone who debates a lot also eats two or three meals a day<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n
No matter how much we argue, we will bury a few lying inches<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n
Life lasts draftily for one hundred years<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n
Human benevolence is heavy or resentful to leave<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n
When closing their eyes, most people are scared<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n
This accident is either this disease or that disease<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n
But there are people when closing their eyes and passing away<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n
The lips still open their peaceful smiles<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n
Life is just a strewn dock<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n
Of an indeterminate human life before and after<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n
Live happily, everyone wants to quickly seek<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n
But good karma not many people love to create<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n
Cultivate humanity, accumulate virtue, do good, and avoid evil<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n
We must love people as we love ourselves<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n
Compassion is the source of stream flowing vastly<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n
To thousands of different beings full of suffering<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n
Live for other people, hundreds of flowers blossom<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n
Shorten samsara, continue to save the souls<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n
Live for people, live in freedom and self-sacrifice<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n
See the three worlds to go in and out like an inn<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n
Like clouds flying freely here and there<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n
Helping sentient beings be more shades of the rain source<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n
Lightly watering the vegetable garden, cabbage, and melon<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n
Letting the ground be full of flowers and buds<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n
Finishing working, I go back to my old place<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n
Farewell from life, peacefully sleeping forever\u2026<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n
