Experience Each Moment, As It Arises and Passes, Without Attaching To It

EXPERIENCE EACH MOMENT, AS IT ARISES
AND PASSES, WITHOUT ATTACHING TO IT

“When we dwell on our past thoughts and experiences, we tend to project our worries, concerns and doubts onto the present moment and carry them into the future. This hinders our ability to experience each moment of our lives fully and clearly. Our mind remains clouded with likes and dislikes, worries and doubts, discontent and a lack of peace.

But if we make the effort to experience each moment, as it arises and passes, without attaching to our experience, or our feelings that arise due to our experience, whether pleasant, unpleasant or neutral, we allow ourselves the opportunity to experience everything clearly and fully. We allow ourselves to be truly content, confident, trusting and at peace with ourselves, the environment and other living beings.

So, amidst this constantly changing world, let’s allow ourselves to fully experience our lives and the beauty it beholds. Allow ourselves to be truly wise, compassionate and kind. The past is gone, the present moment is fleeting, the future has not yet arrived. May we all happily experience each moment, as it arises and passes.”
