Pháp Nhãn Temple Ven. Thích Trừng Sỹ, Abbot

Tết Lunar New Year Invitation 2026–Year of the Horse
Respected Venerable Monks and Nuns,
Dear lay followers and fellow Buddhists,
As Tết arrives, may all beings rejoice in the Buddha Dharma.
As spring returns, may every place be filled with peace and joy.
Fresh Spring arrives, bringing compassion and loving-kindness,
New Year comes, bringing wisdom and inner joy.
According to Buddhist culture and the spiritual traditions of the Vietnamese people, Tết is the most auspicious opportunity for everyone to visit the temple, pay respects to the Buddha, accumulate merit, cultivate virtue, and pray for peace and happiness for their families, schools, and society. It is especially a time to pray for world peace, prosperity everywhere, and the development of the economy, education, morality, wisdom, and more.
This year, during the Lunar New Year celebrations, to facilitate smooth and convenient activities for our fellow Buddhist devotees, Pháp Nhãn Temple will organize the Tết (Lunar New Year) celebration for the Year of the Horse according to the following program:
