LIFE AS A MOVIE
Life is like a moving film,
I am the main role through every scene,
Through rise and fall, honor and shame entwined,
Peace is found again within my being.
.
Sentient beings, Buddha-nature dwell within,
From self I turn the ordinary to the sacred,
Outside the self, no other thing is found,
Heaven and hell arise from my own mind.
.
Nothing outside the self can be found,
Nowhere at all can it truly be seen,
With firm resolve, I transform the mind,
Bringing benefit to all Saha 🌍 realms.
.
Searching outside, for countless things,
In all my life, nowhere is it found,
With diligent vow, I practice on the path,
Spreading benefit across the world.

🌍 SAHĀ WORLD (Sahā-loka / Saha World)
1. Concept
The Sahā World is the present environment in which we live, characterized by suffering, mental afflictions, and many forms of dissatisfaction. However, it is also the very place where human beings can practice the Dharma and attain enlightenment.
2. Definition
Sahā means endurance and forbearance.
The Sahā World is the realm where sentient beings must face many hardships and adverse conditions, yet still possess the capacity to practice, transform themselves, and benefit others.
3. Characteristics
This realm is marked by:
The cycle of birth, aging, sickness, and death
The influence of greed, hatred, and delusion
Constant instability, challenges, and difficulties in life.
Nevertheless, within this world also exist:
The teachings of the Buddha (Dharma)
The guiding Sangha community
Centers and monasteries for spiritual practice
Therefore, this world is both a place of suffering and a field for spiritual cultivation and inner transformation.
4. Spiritual significance
The Sahā World reminds practitioners that:
Suffering is a fundamental reality of life. However, suffering is not the final destination. It can be transformed through spiritual practice.
This path is cultivated through:
Wisdom
Ethical conduct
Meditation
→ This is the Noble Eightfold Path (Noble Eightfold Path).
5. Summary
The Sahā World is a realm filled with suffering and dissatisfaction, yet it is also a unique environment where individuals can train the mind, transform afflictions, and gradually progress toward liberation and enlightenment.
