A COUPLE OF DEEP WORDS OF GRATITUDE TO ALL
Venerable Thích Trừng Sỹ studied abroad at the University of Delhi, India on August 8, 2002.
In 2002-2004, he graduated with a Master’s degree in Buddhist studies from the University of Delhi, India – first class.
In 2004-2005, he graduated with Associate Doctorate degree in Buddhist Studies from the University of Delhi, India, first class.
On August 8, 2008, he defended the doctoral thesis successfully
In 2006-2009, he graduated with a doctorate degree in Buddhist studies from the University of Delhi, India, with honors.
Respectfully pay respects to the Three Jewels: the Buddha, the Dharma, and the Sangha.
Sincerely and deeply grateful to the late Most Venerable Elder Thích Như Tịnh, Venerable Trừng Sỹ’s Master, who skillfully guided and gave him the Dharma body, wisdom, and life on the path of rightness, stability, and freedom in life.
Sincerely grateful to his parents, who gave birth, nourished, raised, taught, and gave him this physical body and form.
Sincerely grateful to both the secular teachers and Dharma teachers, who wholeheartedly passed on worldly knowledge, Buddhist studies, and life experience to him to become good person for the many right in the present life.
Sincerely and deeply grateful to the donors and almsgivers, who happily made offerings, protected the Three Jewels, and supported him and other monastics to firmly study and practice the Buddhadharma in Vietnam and different countries around the world either indirectly or directly with great success.
Sincerely and deeply grateful to the leaders of Vietnam, India, the United States, etc., who helped and created favorable conditions in terms of administrative paper work procedures so that he could study, live, and work stably, peacefully, and smoothly.
Finally, sincerely and deeply grateful to living things and living beings all over the planet.
